Royal West Homes is an Edmonton home builder specializing in everything from custom homes to single family to multifamily projects. Over the last 10 years we have built over 300 homes, and now we are at the scale of building on average about 50-60 homes a year, and love to use precast concrete products where we can and it makes the most sense. Concrete Inc. has been providing us with all our precast products we have needed in the last four years, and have always been a pleasure to deal with. Concrete Inc. is a very schedule conscious team that keeps their customers’ needs and schedule in mind right from the design stage to the final delivery and install of the products. Their products are not only always on time but the consistency is another big positive. We always know that we will get exactly what we order and exactly what is specified even if it is to match another product. An example of the outstanding consistency, reliability and attention to direction is we require Tyvek building paper behind all our precast steps that are installed and we only had to communicate this once to the office at Concrete Inc and since then the installation crew is always prepared before they come out to our job sites. Working with Concrete Inc’s delivery crew is also just as easy and painless; they are always willing to do what we need when they are on site. If there is ever any service or small adjustments that need to be made to install and deliveries the crew is quite accommodating. I would recommend Concrete Inc. to anyone who wants to get any sort of precast concrete products and does not want any surprises.
