There are considerable benefits to choosing a precast step over other options. All of our precast steps are manufactured in a controlled environment on standardized steel molds which provides a consistent and high quality product every time. The lower cost and ease of installation for precast also makes it the best solution in both commercial and residential situations over poured in place. All of our steps have a no hassle one year warranty and are installed by our very own qualified installers. We cannot only install your new step but also remove your existing step as well and take it away for you.

Our Icon Steps are a precast step unlike any other on the market. A chamfered edge is built in to all our molds to provide a finished look to every step we manufacture. We do not use lifting inserts in our steps for the installation process (when lifting inserts are used they are placed in the landing pad) which prevents the need to patch over the holes which has the potential to leave patch marks on your landing. Each step has a sleek looking bullnose edging which adds to the overall curb appeal of the product. Economy steps (made by other companies) are poured with rebar mesh and are poured upside down. Our steps are manufactured with a strong rebar cage (which greatly extends the durability and longevity of the step) and are poured upright, allowing us to monitor the quality during pouring as the top of the step is always visible during the process.
